SudokuCracker Terms of Use
Ad-free subscriptions
SudokuCracker offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Either plan removes banner and interstitial advertising while the subscription is active. The plans provide the same benefit and differ only in billing duration and price.
Billing and renewal
The price displayed by the App Store or Google Play at confirmation is the amount charged for the selected billing period. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your store account before the end of the current billing period. The store may charge the renewal price within the period described by its applicable terms.
Managing or canceling a subscription
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting SudokuCracker does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, ad-free access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Restoring access
Use Restore Purchases in the App when reinstalling SudokuCracker or moving to another compatible device using the same store account. Access depends on the subscription status reported by the applicable store.
Price changes, refunds, and taxes
The applicable store handles payments, taxes, refunds, billing problems, and any subscription price-change notices or consent. Refund eligibility is determined under the store's rules and applicable law.
Availability and acceptable use
We may update or discontinue App features, subject to applicable law and store requirements. You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law or the applicable store agreement.
